Request a Ct Scan of your patient's maxilla or mandible, which must be done in a especific laboratory and the result of which will be obtained a patient's DICOM file. (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)

OBS. To cases of EXTENDED JAWS, the F.O.V of the equipment of CTScan must to be LARGE.
